Harold W. Mullis, Esq.

Harold Mullis is President of Trenam Kemker.  He is a founding Member of the firm and practice areas include mergers, acquisitions and corporate and transactional law. Mr. Mullis was a visiting lecturer at Stetson University College of Law from 1972-73. He has also served as a member of the Executive Council of the Florida Bar's Tax Section. Mr. Mullis has held numerous leadership positions in the community, including serving as Chairman of the Board of Berkeley Preparatory School, Chairman of the Board of Tampa General Hospital, the Board of Governors for the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Governors of The LifeLink Foundation serving Florida, Georgia and Puerto Rico. In 2013, he was the recipient of the H.L. Culbreath, Jr. Profile in Leadership Award, presented by the Chamber to recognize an individual whose leadership made a positive impact on the Tampa community.  In addition, he was the  2007 recipient of the University of South Florida President's Distinguished Citizen Award. Mr. Mullis received his bachelor's degree from Emory University and his J.D. from University of Virginia. He serves as chair of the strategic Initiatives Committee, member of the Governance Committee and member of the Collective Bargaining Team. Mr. Mullis is a resident of Tampa.
