Harold W. Mullis, Esq., Vice Chair

Hal Mullis is President of Trenam Kemker.  He is a founding Member of the firm and practice areas include mergers, acquisitions and corporate and transactional law. Mr. Mullis was a visiting lecturer at Stetson University College of Law from 1972-73. He has also served as a member of the Executive Council of the Florida Bar's Tax Section. Mr. Mullis has held numerous leadership positions in the community, including serving as Chairman of the Board of Berkeley Preparatory School, Chairman of the Board of Tampa General Hospital and on the Board of Governors for the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He was the 2007 recipient of the University of South Florida President's Distinguished Citizen Award. Mr. Mullis received his bachelor’s degree from Emory University and his J.D. from University of Virginia. He is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees and his workgroup assignments include Chair of the Health workgroup, Chair of the Collective Bargaining Team, Vice Chair of the Executive Committee, Finance and Audit workgroup and member of the Research, Innovation, Engagement, and Job Creation workgroup. Mr. Mullis is a resident of Tampa.
